By accessing or using Increlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Increlo is a platform that connects indie authors and publishers with vetted ARC (Advance Reader Copy) readers and reviewers. The Service facilitates the distribution of ARCs, management of review campaigns, and tracking of reader engagement.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits may be purchased or earned through platform activities. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We offer a money-back guarantee within 72 hours of your most recent payment if you are not satisfied with the Service.

5. ARC Reader and Review Guidelines

All reviews facilitated through Increlo must comply with Amazon's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Specifically:

  • Reviews must be honest and reflect the reader's genuine opinion
  • We do not incentivize positive reviews or specific review content
  • Readers are never required to leave a positive review
  • Manipulation of reviews or ratings is strictly prohibited

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or distribute malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Increlo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCRELO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Increlo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
